Rules for playlisting ?
-Always give an advanced release date of 7-10 working days
-Uploading songs to our server 7-10 days in advance help your song appear in Spotify for artist’s upcoming releases where you can pitch your song to editors
-Free playlisting totally depends on app editors, but uploading it in advance helps to increase the chances of your song getting playlisted
NM Digitals cannot guarantee editorial playlisting, but to increase chances you need to follow the above listed points.
What's official turnaround-time (TAT) ?
The official turnaround-time (TAT) is at-least 48 hours with all DSPs, though in non-peak times the content does get ingested faster. In case upload doesn’t happen till TAT period, please do outline to NM Digitals customer care team and we will escalate with the required DSP.
